This may include Challenge Codes, created levels, results, replay media, and backup files.
Shared content may contain player-selected names, level names, scores, completion times, gameplay records, and other information associated with the shared activity.
Sharing is initiated by the player.
When players use Messages, email, Files, or other sharing services, those services process the shared information according to their respective privacy practices.
Atherion Dynamics does not automatically receive copies of content shared through these features.
Squiggle supports saving gameplay replay videos and result images.
When necessary, the game may request permission to add saved media to the device's Photos library.
Players control whether they save or share their media.
Squiggle does not automatically upload replay videos or result images to an Atherion Dynamics-operated server.
Saved media may be synchronized or backed up by services independently enabled on the player's device.
Squiggle uses or may use platform-provided purchasing services, including Apple's StoreKit, for optional purchases, purchase verification, and restoration.
Optional purchases may include a permanent Remove Ads entitlement.
Payment transactions are processed by the applicable app marketplace and its payment providers.
Atherion Dynamics does not receive players' payment card details through the game.
We may receive purchase status, transaction information, and sales reports through the applicable developer platform.
In advertising-enabled versions, Remove Ads is intended to remove automatic interstitial advertisements. Players may still voluntarily choose to watch optional rewarded advertisements to earn additional Sparks.
Purchase entitlements are verified through the applicable platform and are not granted by importing gameplay backup files.
Squiggle is preparing to integrate Google AdMob, an advertising service provided by Google.
Some existing pre-release versions of Squiggle do not contain the Google Mobile Ads SDK and do not request advertisements.
When advertising is enabled, Squiggle may display:
Interstitial advertisements: Advertisements presented at appropriate transitions or natural breaks between gameplay activities.
Rewarded advertisements: Optional advertisements that players may voluntarily choose to watch in exchange for an eligible in-game reward, such as additional Sparks.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is not required to access Squiggle's core gameplay.
The game does not sell gameplay advantages through advertising.
When an advertising-enabled version is used, Google and participating advertising technology providers may collect or process certain technical and advertising-related information.
Depending on the applicable SDK, device settings, permissions, region, and consent choices, this information may include:
Google and participating advertising providers may use this information to deliver advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent abuse, improve advertising services, and, where permitted, personalize advertisements.

Squiggle is intended for a general audience and may be enjoyed by adults, teenagers, and children.
The game is not designed or marketed exclusively to children under the age of 13.
Squiggle does not require players to create an account, provide an email address, or submit contact information to access its core gameplay.
Players may voluntarily enter a locally stored player name or choose to share gameplay content.
We do not knowingly use the activity of children under 13 for interest-based advertising.
Advertising-enabled versions must apply appropriate protections for children and other users subject to age-related privacy requirements, including restrictions on personalized advertising and advertising identifiers where required.

Locally stored gameplay information generally remains on the player's device until the application or its associated data is removed.
Deleting the application generally removes its locally stored application data, subject to device backup services and copies retained elsewhere.
Exported backups, replay videos, images, and shared Challenge Codes must be managed or deleted separately through the devices, services, or recipients where they were saved.
Information voluntarily submitted to Atherion Dynamics for support or communication is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, or legitimate operational requirements.
Information processed by Google, Apple, GoDaddy, or other service providers may be retained under their respective privacy policies and may be processed in countries outside the user's home country.
Atherion Dynamics does not directly control the retention periods of independently operating third-party services.
Squiggle does not currently require an Atherion Dynamics-operated player account or offer cloud-account synchronization or online leaderboards.
Advertising-enabled versions may include advertising delivery, performance measurement, and related diagnostics through Google AdMob.
Any future addition of separate analytics platforms, online accounts, cloud synchronization, or other services involving materially different information processing will be reviewed for appropriate updates to this Privacy Policy and applicable app marketplace disclosures.
Squiggle may be distributed to testers through Apple's TestFlight or other authorized testing platforms.
These services may process beta-testing information, technical diagnostics, application performance information, and feedback under their respective terms and privacy policies.
Feedback voluntarily submitted to Atherion Dynamics may be used to investigate problems, respond to testers, and improve the game.
